Welcome! I'm glad you visited the blog. I hope it will provide food for thought. I would welcome your comments. I am Pastor of the East Greenwich United Methodist Church, where "the women are strong, the men are good looking, and all the children are above average." (The last part is actually true.) At egumc we really believe in the United Methodist slogan of "Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors." I went to Wesleyan University and then Boston University School of Theology and Boston University Graduate School. I earned a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology and Social Ethics, studying with Paul Deats and Walter Muelder.
